This Delivery Policy is applicable to all customers who purchase goods from Shiyingfashion.com. It is important to read and understand this policy as it outlines our obligations to you and your rights as our customer when it comes to the delivery of goods.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer a variety of shipping options including DHL, UPS, and FEDEX to ensure efficient and safe delivery of your orders. Please review the shipping options available during the checkout process or contact our customer service team for more information. Larger orders may be eligible for shipping discounts, please contact our customer service team to learn more.

Special note: We also support Yunexpress small package express delivery for orders under 4KG. This means that when the total weight of the package is less than 4kg, you can choose any kinds of the four transportation methods such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX/YUNEXPRESS according to your own needs.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. 

We generally process orders after 5 pm Beijing time on the day you place your order. 

In-stock styles will be ready for you and shipped out 1-2 business days after placing the order (except for scheduled arrival styles, the specific delivery time of scheduled arrival styles will be based on the actual delivery time). 

It will be shipped within 1-2 days after arrival at the warehouse, and your package will be transported in 5-10 business days to the destination of your order. 

Generally, it will take 7 to 12 working days to all destinations worldwide via UPS, FEDEX or DHL. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as the delivery process may be affected by unforeseen events and circumstances such as poor weather conditions, courier delays, or customs inspections.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. We find it difficult to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of one-piece bikini is about 0.05kg, but the leather is about 0.3kg /pc). You can choose the shipping company you like; we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you can also choose to cancel your order or send a pre-paid box to collect your package.

INVOICE AND SHIPPING

Once an order is placed, we will review and prepare the shipment within 24 hours. Priority will be given to our old wholesalers who regularly order from us. We will then send an invoice to include accurate postage costs. Once payment is received, we will send the goods within one working day for our old wholesalers and within two working days for new wholesalers.

LOCAL TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Local taxes and import duties may be applicable in some countries and are not included in the price displayed. The buyer or recipient of the goods is responsible for paying any such taxes or duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and it is difficult to guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. Please verify with your country's customs office prior to placing an order.

IMPORT CHARGES AND FEES

Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. We may declare your order as a "gift" or "sample" with a lower value to help reduce taxes or duties. Please note that this lower value does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product. If you require the true value or have other shipping requests, please include the information in the "Notes" section when completing your order.
